Milly Dent Intertidal Exhibition and Launch

Michaela came up with an Intertidal themed menu and a few food styling moments to match Milly’s new ceramic range.

Some highlights were; comte gourgères with creme fraiche and chives sitting atop pinapple heads like a little anemone patch and oysters sitting on crispy rice crackers with furikake.
